Macallan Whisky Distillery

The Macallan is a Scotch Whisky from the Speyside region of Scotland. The distillery is located near the town of Craigellachie. The Macallan was originally founded by Alexander Reid in 1824. The distillery’s water source is bore holes. It now runs at a capacity of 87,500,000 litres per year under the watch of current owners The Edrington Group.
