- Buyer will confirm order quantity of goods and then send company details for proforma invoice
- Proforma Invoice is prepared and issued to buyer for payment confirmation based on agreed payment terms
- Seller confirms payment and does shipment within 2 – 5 working days based on order quantity

We are Suppliers / Traders: As suppliers we only have goods after buyers have placed their orders, then we will make full payment to the manufacturers who will then bring the goods to our warehouse. We are not retailers, kiosks or wholesalers where buyers can come to see goods before deciding if they wish to order or not. Neither do we offer tourism services to anyone wishing to visit Germany. We get 5,000+ monthly contacts and can’t accept visitors to our warehouse without having an order with us or request for an invitation in order to help buyers with their visa.
Lead Time: refers to the total amount of time that passes from the moment a customer places an order to the moment that order is delivered to our warehouse.
N/B. Buyers with orders can visit immediately to take part in the loading process, it is not a secret that we give more priority to customers who have secured their orders with us because our priorities are to offer the best of services to our buyers.
We advice buyers to review each contract page as signed contract takes immediate effects. Any later adjustments are considered null and void
All payments for goods must be made via international wire transfer directly to one of our bank accounts which we have within the EU regions of Holland, France, Germany, Hungary , Turkey , Portugal, Greece. Client’s consignment are shipped after the payment confirmation in one of our bank accounts given in our signed Invoice, and kindly contact us through phone/email after you have make a payment for confirmation.
Our payment terms is strictly T/T payment.
Clients are expected to email us with the scan proof of the payment from your bank, so we can released your order/consignment immediately to be shipped. You are responsible for all bank transfer fees. We will ship your order once your payment is received and confirmed.
There will be no shipment booking confirmation for your order/consignment until payment agreed deposit are received in our account.
Buyer pays total value equivalent in USDC (ERC-20) or BTC at prevailing market rate (Binance/Coinbase reference price) 1 hour prior to payment.
Seller provides a single-use crypto wallet address. Buyer must settle within 6 hours of invoice.
Due to high usage of Cryptocurrencies with no government taxes linked to it, we now offer 10% off total amount if buyer chooses to pay through Cryptocurrencies and deposit will be 30% instead of 50%.
Buyer deposits 100% of total value into a mutually agreed independent escrow agent / lawyer through bank transfer, crypto currencies cash etc.
Funds released to Seller only upon Buyer’s confirmation of vessel arrival and discharge inspection at Colombo Port.
We reserve the RIGHTS to cancel orders we are not satisfied with (Applicable to Minimum orders, delivery conflict ports etc) – We Reserve the RIGHTS to choose our Customers Respectively.
